Hi, we’re Maria, Ulrik. partners in life, at sea, and in a shared dream called Jolly Good Times Sailing.

We’re not just sailors, we’re entrepreneurs, hustlers, and hosts at heart. If people weren’t coming to us for sailing, maybe they’d come for something else we loved just as much: food. That’s how Maritime Munchies was born, our little food truck serving fresh, local fish and chips with a lot of heart. It mixed Ulrik’s Norwegian roots, Maria’s Colombian energy, and our shared love for bringing people together.

At the core, Jolly Good Times is still about more than sailing or food. It’s about people, place, and purpose. We care deeply about how we travel, how we eat, and how we live. That’s why we work with local suppliers, avoid single-use plastics, and make sure our adventures give back more than they take.

And of course, wherever we go, Ramoncito comes too—he’s not just our dog, he’s family. Always close by, always up for a cuddle, and always reminding us to slow down and enjoy the little moments.

Jolly isn’t just the name of our boat. It’s how we want people to feel when they’re with us. Whether you’re skiing in the Lyngen Alps, island-hopping in Lofoten, or grabbing lunch at our food court, we hope you’ll feel welcome, cared for, and part of something real.
